How It Works:

Unlike standard impact drills, a core drilling machine uses a hollow, rotating Diamond Core Bit. Instead of pulverizing the entire surface into dust, the diamond-tipped edge slices through both concrete and rebar (steel bars) in a smooth ring, leaving a clean circular hole and extracting a intact cylindrical core. Water is usually injected continuously during operation to cool the diamond bit, flush out debris, and suppress dust.
